Shado Fitness is a heart rate based workout platform that leverages gamification to help motivate users to workout better. Using their own personal heart rate device, users are able to choose a workout routine based on the goal of exercise, time available, or difficulty level. While working out to music from their own playlists, users will be guided through three types of streaks - Endurance, Power, and Recovery, which are created in a specific sequence based upon your goal. Workout summaries show the points acquired, average heart rate, and calories burned.
